Our Story
How we have evolved.
For more than 12 years, Our team has renovated some of the most beautiful investment properties in Le-high Valley, from gut-down conditions to the most sought-after home in the neighborhood. We can share pictures of our about 50 projects from run-down conditions as they have become the top properties in the community.
Our Aha moment!
During the past renovations, we found that our crew excelled in the replacement of Windows and Siding, Framing and Sub-floors, Sheet Rock, Spackle, tape drywall joints, Sanding to a fine finish, Interior and Exterior Painting, Installing New Kitchens and Baths, and building and scoring to punch-out lists like little details such as outlets, switch plates, and light fixtures, smoke detectors, landscaping, pressure washing, repairs, and building decks. We found that many homeowners found it hard to get the services of experienced and honest contractors. Therefore, we have recently extended our services to residents and homeowners.
